Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have obtained a null and void decree regarding my catholic church marriage from the patriachal tribunal in goa also known as the bishops palace in the year 2005 is my status still bachelor since i have not gone through divorce or legal-separation and my marriage is neither annulled but is declared null and void or a void marriage.I have also obtained null and void decree from the high court of goa but my ex-wife is laying claim that she is a co-owner of my properties does she inherit co-ownership rights over my properties even after the marriage is declared null and void.

After the marriage declared void, she is left with no claim.

Since the marriage is null and void, she cannot claim any rights in your properties.
