Legal Question in Family Law in India

RCR filed.Respondent has filed Travel allowance.Court has ordered for the same.Petitioner has objected for it and asked the wife to rejoin the marital house,where as earning wife has rejected to rejoin.judge has asked to present evidenceFrom past 4 hearings respondent and her lawyer has not attended the court nor they are demanding for the ordered amount. Wife is not ready to give divorce nor ready to settle the things niether to rejoin.Just want to harrass me.Have a boy baby of 2 year old
Question is What if I just leave the case @ this stage for 2 more hearings?What should i need to do to get rid off this?Its been 2years already for our seperation?.I want her to suffer for spoiling my life?Suggest me
