recording
if 498 was filed after divorce,and there is a oral submission on recording on cd that yes i have filed a false 498,then how can it help in divorce case,on what stage it can be put on record before the judge,as case been put on evidence.and affadavite has to be filed.

You should produce the CD at the earliest either during evidence or even before start of evidence by filing interogatories / admission-denial.
