1- how to prep MOU...n wat precaution to be tkn by wife so tht there would not be any problem in future?
2 wats the procedure of Quashing of FIR... ?Is it possible W/O the presence of Complainant ?

you need to get in touch with a lawyer for preparation of settlement agreement with wife and thereafter filing a petition for quashing in the high court. quashing is not possible without the presence of complainant unless the divorce happened through power of attorney.
