restitution of conjugal rights

if a woman is deprived by the husband of employment and is asked to resign from job and since she is not ready to leave the present job a case is filed by husband for divorce ,then how is article 14 of constitution of india violated on respondant side?

Re: restitution of conjugal rights

Refusal by wife to leave her job cannot be a ground for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act.It does not attract Article 14 in any way.
