Legal Question in Family Law in India

(I got selected in a public sector bank but I am yet to receive the Offer Letter. While giving the attestation form to be sent to the bank, there was no case pending against me. Now, a Divorce petition is filed by my wife in Family Court. Will this affect me while joining the bank?Should I inform the bank about the divorce petition under Family Court?please advise me on the same....)

here, if the divorce petition contains false allegations which may include cruelty(they need money..that's all) and if i am not informing the bank which is owned by Govt. of India, will it amount to suppression of information??(because the bank instructs that at any point of time if the candidate is detained, convicted, debarred,etc..subsequent to the completion and submission of the attestation form, the details should be communicated immediately to the Bank authority)...If I am informing the bank about the same will they allow me to join? .please advise me in this situation also because I am expecting the Offer Letter next week...and the job is so important to me and my parents...
