I have informed you that the waiting period to take the spouse is 2 years or more and that too depending on which visa centre ,your wife would file I-130 petition. The best way would be to fly down to USA on B-1 and B-2 visa and get married there and your visa status will be changed without much problem............Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
