Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir Judge not beleiving that girl is staying with we even given rent agreement also.Now judge issue dasti summon to father inlaw next date is 19jan2012.Now if father inlaw sys girl not staying judge will cancel the interim bail & i got arrested pls suggest wat to do now.pls help?
