but what can the girl do if she was not ready to give me time on end of second motion.
can she file a freash complaint in police or cawc for not paying balance money in time

when there is a law that the second motion can be filed within 18 months of filing of first motion, the girl cannot take an advantage of the delay as you will be presumed innocent till the end of 18 months.
