Sir,
I am living on the first floor of my house while my husband and in-laws are staying in ground floor after i had filed for DV case, the rent of which is payed by my husband.However he had refused to pay household expenses and other expenses I have three children and my husband is earning a handsome salary of 4 lacs per month.I am a post-graduate but not working i have no source of income
Can i claim for maintenance under section 125 while living with him?
How much can be the amount?

you can also claim maintenance under the DV Act if it is still going on.

You may seek maintenance / compensation of rupees one lac per month if monthly income of husband is four lacs per month.
