Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir....let me give a clear picture of the case.this is related to a very close friend of mine.his marriage was an arranged marraige 5-6 yrs back but due to in compatibility they couldnot stay together....it was a regular fight which use to happen due to his wife's inclination to her maternal side she always wanted to stay there with her parents and wanted the same to be done my friend without keeping in touch with his family which my friend couldn't accept....in this period she really had very bad fights where in situations she physically ab bussed him and usually use to leave her husbands place and start staying with her parents every time in this marriage tenure of 5-6 yrs they have hardly stayed under same roof for 6mnths at a strech....all this was still accepted by my friend due to their daughter but its been long that they have been staying separate and his wife is not even allowing him to visit his daughter which is really painful and in this disturbing phase he somehow got mentally attached to lady and i being their family friend has also interacted with his wife she is not ready to give a divorce and not even allow him to see his kid.as this affair has an negative fall back can anything be worked out so that a experienced lawyer can represent him and help him in getting his daughters visitation right and mutually divorce as its very clear they both have decieded not to stay together .In this condition can anything be worked out.....please help with suggestion and guidance

ask your friend to file a suit for divorce and visitation rights

Your so called friend can file a contesting divorce against his wife and can ask the court to give him a visitation right to meet his daughter as well.
