Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir,
My hubby belongs to joint family. I had strict rules not totalk to anyone.I have been beaten up by my joint family memebers (mil, fil, husband, and his relatives) and throwed me out of thei house. I filed 498a case against them. I earn 30k pm. he lost job before i file case. He is not earning now. Now no one is there to give evidence in my favour coz my in laaws were the owners andrest of the people in the complex were tenents and they dont even know. only i have my parenats, sister and jiju as evidence. How i can prove thei cruelty in court.
Now i want to file residential rights case since husband is duty bound to provide residence to wife. If i file residential right case, how much time will be taken to receive order.

you can file the complaint under DV act for residence rights. regarding evidence, you may even summon the other people like tenants.

you can file domestic violence case and demand residence. the proving work will be done by your advocate. the witnesses you have may be sufficient.
