Legal Question in Family Law in India

Thanks for the solutions to my problem:
1) Since 2002 my wife is staying with her parents with my daughter. just yesterday, i came to know that a case for divorce was filed in the yr. 2007 and was made ex-party by the ranchi family court. no notices received at my end.
2) Now I wish to file a case for my minor daughter. kindly advise the simple process for such act and keeping in view that they are locals, how to handle the local issue and how to safeguard myself.

There were some mis-interpretation in the above statement.
We were on talks and at the same time had remitted money to my ex-wife for my daughters' educational expenses which was turned down after 2007 onwards, she even visited Kolkata in 2007 to attend a ceremony.
After 2007 did she abstained to speak to me and with my daughter a minor student at Ranchi.
Now, keeping aside the malafide practice of the Court, I wish to file a suit for my minor daughter for Visitation.
Kindly advise the fast process for the same.

you can file the case for custody of your child at your place.
