Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am staying seperately with my parents since 2 yrs now. My husband has filed RCR also. I have filed a maintenance case & family court has granted an interim monthly payment of Rs.5000 for the time being, although its not the final monthly payment. Can the court or my husband by any legal procedure make the court stop me from getting this monthly amt? How or on what grounds can I get one-sided divorce?

There is no one sided Divorce in India . There are two kinds of Divorce,1) Mutual Consent Divorce ,where both the parties are interested to have divorce by filing joint petition before the court and the 2) Contesting Divorce by taking grounds mentioned in the act by one party and opposed by the other. Yes your husband request the court to stop the interim maintenance granted by the court on various grounds.
