Under what special rights can a child be given custody to a father?

Welfare of child is d paramount consideration for court so custody is always given to him who can give the better care love affection education and facilities.

If the child is grown up then his desires are also taken into considerations.

If the mother has no source of income living in adultrly or remarried then fathers claim is stronger
