Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a victim of false 498a,She does not lives with me for 1 years , i have send several letter

(mentioning the date she has left our home ) to come back ,after 11 month she have filed 498a/406/34.

I got interim bail with condition of attain police station twice a week, i have complance the

court order , will i and my parents get permanent bail ? or is there any chance of arraist again ?

if you have complied with court orders i don't see any reason that the court may refuse permanent bail.

Sir, you have to contest and get your self acquitted and the matter ends there and the bail conditions will be there till the case is over, however you can ask for relaxing some of the bail condition orders, further you cannot be arrested again for the same offence only thing you have to do is appear in court regularly and fight the case and relieve yourself.
