visitation plan help
My child aged 14 stays in a residency school with 2 month holiday in june july and 2 month in nov dec .His b'day falls in dec .I want a detail visitation plan .I earn about rs 40000/pm .How much maintenance i have to pay for the kid

The information you have provided is incomplete. To determine the amount of maintenance, the court may require information about (a) your financial status; (b) your marital status; (c) marital status of your wife/ex-wife; (d) persons dependent upon you; (e) property(ies)/residential accommodation owned by you; and other attendant circumstances;
however, without going into the details which you have ommitted to provide, and based upon income, a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month should be reasonably expected of you to provide for your son's education.
