Wat is the role of interim bail in case 498(a)&406.MY hearing is on 14 DEC in high court of Punjab. Is it possible i can get AB on 14 DEC.I need divorce can i file divorce case or not?If i file wat impact it will create on my hearing or bail?pls tell

Interim bail means that you will not be arrested and the chances of getting AB will depend on the facts of your case and your lawyer who would be arguing your case. Yes you can file for Divorce against your wife.

you may file divorce petition as it has nothing to do with the criminal or bail proceedings. better serve the summons to her first.
