A will is registered by a person in delhi. susequently, the person has shifted to mumbai. He had decided to change the will and decided to rewrite it. whether he can register the new will in mumbai. what would be the status of old will registered at delhi. My email id is [email protected]

the old will is automatically becomes invalid once the new will comes to existence

He will have to put a clause revoking all his previous Will's in the new Will. He can change his Will and register the same.

he has to send letter of revokation and revoked earlier will and then rewrite fresh will.

he can execute a new will at mumbai and in order to save legal hassles, he can execution a document for cancellation of will and register it at the same registrar office where the will was executed earlier.
