Legal Question in Family Law in India
IF this other woman knows that her lover is already married,yet she sleeps around with him and uses his money for her own comforts,in what way is she innocent?No woman of good values would like to have an affair with a married man.This is a bitter truth
he may have kids and ailing parents too at home.but they all are neglected as she is taking away all his time.
so why cant we have laws to enable a wife to sue this woman also,in addition to suing her husband?
when a man has the right to sue his wife's lover(under IPC) what cant a wife also get same right to sue her husband's lover?
most indian women i know are willing to forgive their husbands if they leave the other woman,as they are very soft hearted.even though ytoday's girls are less tolerant that those of yesteryears,at heart they are all forgiving once the husband decides to return after seeking her forgiveness.
but the other women wont let the lover return to his wife as she will now take advantages of the loopholes in pro-women laws.there have been such cases reported by LCI members also that their father/husband wanted to return,but this lady threatened of dire consequences if he did that!
in that case if wife gets the right to sue her on grounds of spoiling her marriage,there can be chances of his returning because the lady will now be afraid to face the court,society will not be willing to pay a heavy compensation to the wife.
but we dont have any such laws.still govt. claims is doing a lot for the betterment of married women in india!
when can we expect to see REAL AND TRUE justice to married women?
