Legal Question in Medical Leave in India

Parents have 3 children, two elder daughters and one son. Daughters are not working and not in a position to pay maintenance to the parents so only son has to bare the total amount of maintenance?

The son is already paying a fare amount of money to his parents and the parents are demanding high amount of money which is not possible for their son. In this scenario if parents go to court what are the posibilities of amount and how many months it will take to get the judgement from the court?

it is a settled law that non working daughters are not liable to maintain their parents and it is only the son who is supposed to maintain his parents along with his wife and children. you need to disclose the salary of son and the amount he is paying to parents and other sources of income of parents in order to get a conclusive reply.
