I done a agreement for purchase of accademy, he promise orally some thing ,but he is denying know,can we suit a civil case on him

Dear Sir,

As per contract act 1872, no oral agreements binds upon you, unless you have the customery practice which has been effected with respect to the several modes of contract to be done by you. You cannot enforce any oral agreement in the civil court of law with out any proofs.
