Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Dear lawyer,

In 1964 a land about 3 kuntas (cents) was given by the 5 brothers ( of reddy community) to the Catholic Church for the welfare of the church and the people (catholics). THey signed a bond and have given to the then parish priest with all their signatures. The content of the bond is that the following land is given to the Church and for the welfare of the People. And that their successors or sons or any body has no right to ask about that.

the case is that recently the land was sold for 6 lakhs and now the grand sons of the owners are coming and questioning about the money. When the land was sold it was informed to them priorly.

They are saying the the money should be used for the construction of small grotos ( 14 Stations) in the church campus under their title. Or they are asking to keep the money in the joint account.

My question is whether the grandsons have right over the money or have the right to get information about the money. They are not allowing us to make use of the money in a much more better way. Will you please help us to have a legal proceedings.
