dear sir my case had been dismissed and default by magistrate . i filed a restrotaion petition same court. which is also rejected.what should be my next step appeal or revision.can i move a revision petition in the sassion court

you can move a revision petition before the sessions court or file a 482 petition before high court. appropriate remedy is sessions.
