Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Dear sir, i was purchased a free hold property through sale deed and after sold the said property some legal heir are file partition suit on property and make us party and our advocate file 7 11 and court extend date to date but no any body come in court who file objection who sold us property but we will appear in court every time but there was date date and last date court remove status quo on property but after court order op posit side advocate file IA and get order without our advocate presence or who sold us property advocate order for continued the status quo on property , sir, is it possible we vacate the status quo because we are suffering too much and get the permeation for construction on said property or waiting for justice till the last judgment of suit property. and if we file petition for probation of registered will then whitch type of harm for us or good for us get me guide?
