Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i have filed for probate of my mothers will since i am the sole executer of her will

we have got FAST TRACK from the court since 2 of the witnesses to the will are over 80 years in age

my cross examination is over

however for the last 13 months the matter is not coming on board for cross examining the person who has objected / challanged the probate
