General Case (IPC 138)

I have Made and appeal to court applying IPC 138 for Cheque Bounce now I want to settle down the things, what is the procedure.

Please suggest.

IPC 138 is differrent from NI Act 138.

You can ask the conserned court to refer the matter to lokadalath stating your intention of setllement.

Since it is a complaint case, you may consider withdrawal of your case if a settlement is reached.

you can give an application after settling down things for withdrawl. Sec 138 is not IPC but NI act.

Give a simple application u/s 147 of NI Act for compromise and withdraw the matter.
