my mother in law(widow) is residing in shimla in a family house owned by her and her two sons,married with children.she has done a renovation plus constuction on the second floor.her contracted agreed to complete the work within rs 5lakh.he left inbetween after dismenteling the stairs,stores,one bathroom and kitchen and he constructed two walls and a kitchen.now he has filed a suit in a civil court to claim 3.75 from my mother in law.she has all the photocopies of the payments through cheque.the court has issued the summons.what is the solution?
