one person purchased my un-built purpose for construction applied in concern authority but there was to-late for building sanction plan and this person forcibly demand for execute sale deed without pay full and final consideration amount as per agreement to sell in his name and warn us for legal action taken by his and also in the agreement to sell mention 1. sale deed execute after full and final payment at the time of physical hand over possession. 2. seller bound for execute sale deed after receiving earnest money and full and final payment shall be pay at the time of physical hand over possession. in this situation i am seller what how give legal solution to the purchaser.
