litigantlady forcedly constructed threatendig to file u/s354ipc if protested physically&that is
complitely illigaly without title, icomplained before polishpraying for 144crpc proceeding because court was suspended for vacation13th october to 25th october,polish report was pending,by the strenth of money polishclosed their eyes,let them to complete the construction wark,being harashed aproach devlopment authorities regarding unathorised construction&prayed for demoliation,now what to do,&what steps should i take,please sugest me

Pray to the court to negate Police Inquiry. Find faults with Police Report before the court by showing documents to the contrary.
