Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir, My grandpas 2nd wife gave us a property, after registration we came to knw that the property belongs to someone else. she fabricated a false deed and gave that to us. Now we facing lot of problems because of actual owner even we sold some of our own properties to face the suit on us.
we asked her to solve the problem she is very stubborn. In that false deed there is sentence saying that she is liable for any problem and ll solve the problem with her remaining properties.
But now she is selling all her properties without solving our problem. sir my question is Should we stop her from selling her remaining properties without solving the problem ?
