SIR,
This is m.krishna chaitanya my question is, sir i have registerd 2acres of commercial land
In town with rupees 25 lakhs, owners was registered land with out any survey, they promised
survey will make after registration, so we keep some balance to owners and we gave cheque.
Now they was failed to survey the land. and recently we known that land was in court. so we
are not ready to give balance amount, owners keeps presure on us we will suit a cheque in
court,but we are not ready to give balance because owners was cheated with out making survey
so wat step we have take now
