transfere of property through pattadar pass books without registration
we have got land from our relatives through pattadar pass books and they gave a consant on paper,but no registration has been took place and we sold that land also therefor my question is weather the above process is lawfull or not?

You have not mentioned about how pattedar pass books were made(process),are they in your name or not.if they are not in your name then the deal is not valid.
