My wifes father & law has only one child tht is my wife.In 2005 the other party has buy the 1 aker land by froadly.They done the legal buy by burdening on my wife & fatherandlaw.the done the all the process at other thasil city.Now i want to cancel the sele did.Is it possible for me to file a case against other party in 2010.

the limitation period is three years from the date of knowledge of the fraud. But it is either your wife or your father in law may file the case and not you

no you can't, but your wife and /or fil can if limitation period is not over.
