Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
i had applied for student visa on 03.12.09 and still i had not recd the passport. I had given Written application for Cancellation of my visa on 01.02.10 and VFS said that i will be receiving my passport in 5 working days and till time i had not recd. I want to travel to other country as i had some personal reason to go. What should i take legal action ?

You may wait for some time; your passport may be in transit; better approach VFS again by sending a written request per registered post; followed by a lawyer's notice after waiting for about two weeks.
