If you enter USA on B-1/B-2 visa, you may apply for GREEN CARD on the basis of investments under the special category known as "EB-5" visa; YOU may need to file an application for "change of status" and show the requisite proof for transfer of funds, by legal means, from your home country into USA. The investment required may be one million USD; you may also be required to create ten full time jobs out of the proposed business. there are other conditions for EB-5. You are welcome to write e-mail for further guidance.
