my husband and i married in india

2003 that marriage was not sufiecnt

for imagratoin we maried again in

2006 now our petion was taken and

aproved he went for first interview

and they told him to come back

again for second interview asking

him for dumb papers like more

wedding photos we have together

one son born in inndia whos now

15months old im now back in usa

with th bb what can we do to

ensure he comes home to us i dont

understand why they are giving us

such a hard time

What you may consider "dumb papers" is evidence USCIS is asking you to produce to avoid a denial of your spouse's petition. There clearly was lack of evidence you supplied initially and you may be heading toward a fraud investigation if you do not respond to document demands appropriately. Marriage-based petitions are scrutinized particularly closely and if you encounter problems you should get advice from an immigration attorney who can review your entire immigration file.
