Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

I am an Indian. My Father is a US citizen as he has been there for past 20yrs; however,my parents are divorced. Can I appeal for citizenship in US or claim it?

You didn't provide enough information. For example: how old are you? was your father a US citizen when you were born? were your parents married at the time of your birth? was your father living with your mother in India at the time of your birth? did he register your birth with the US embassy? etc.
