Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

Query regarding getting a non-immigrant US visa approval - Case 3:

Hello,

I have a query regarding getting a US visa approval:

I am located in India. Some years back, in my previous company, I was frustrated and had made a comment to my supervisor:

"I am confident to continue My Struggle"

where "My Struggle" indirectly refers to "Mein Kampf".

The supervisor had made a note of this statement and it must have been kept as a proof against me. Please note that I had not been convicted or charged or arrested because of this offence.

My query is -

Will I be labeled as having a Nazi or Neo-Nazi belief or having prejudice against Jews because I mentioned "My Struggle" in a context? Will that be considered a serious offence in the context of security or other immigration grounds?

If I am denied a visa due to this reason, can I re-apply with a waiver?
