Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Regarding my Travel to USA
W've got Tourist Visa for 10 years (multiple entry),
Our Passports are expiring on 17th NOV 2008,
Can we travel to US in the month of JUNE or JULY of 2008 or which could be the last date we could enter US.
Some where while filing the VISA Application Form I read, one could enter US six months before expiry date of the passport, is it true?
Secondly will my VISA be valid after my expiry of my passport?
Kindly clarify the matter.

Yes by Month of July you have to make a visit to the United States. It would be much better if you renew your visa.
