Was there any real incident of violence or ill treatment from your side? If no then do not worry. The police would have to file a B report incase no solid evidences are found. Incase police does file a charge sheet then fight those on the merits of the case. Do not think about counter cases at this point in time. You will have plenty of opportunities later. Try and capitalise then. Incase you think you are falsely accused then deny the allegations and ask the opponents to provide proof. You need to provide more details to comment appropriately.
