Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

In a family , there are one brother and three sisters .Two sisters are married and one is unmarried.
One married sister has expired and has 2 children. Brother has expired and has 2 children . one sister is alive and has one child.
Who will be the lagal heir of unmarried sister if she expires in the Property is he has a share jointly with her sister.

The unmarried sister's 1/4th share in the family property will go to the other brother's and sister's surviving heirs.
