i am indian residing at Hyderabad, andhra pradesh. I was divorced by my wife and my child is in the custody of my divorced wife. I want interim custody or atlest visiting rights. please give some judgements of supreme court and all other high courts in india

Your statement is incomplete. The custody issues require several facts, including but not limiting to : (a) age/gender of the child; (b) financial and social status of both parents and grand parents; (c) the education of the child; (d) proximity of the child with each parent from the date of birth till the filing of custody application;

Besdies, there may be several factors for the court to determine a custody issue, the paramount consideratin being the 'welfare of the child'.

The judgements are facts-specific. You may better engage a local lawyer to help you out. A father may usually be entitled to visitation rights if the child is 'settled' with the mother.
