Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
My father has an ancestrol property ( house build by my great grand father).My Father has been made to show that he has sold this property to my brother ( my bother is showing property worth crores bought for 1 lakh rupees from my father). We are two sisters who had no clue about this. My Father is no more now, can I contest our ancestors property.

yes, you have an equal right in the ancestral property along with your other sister and brother. you may file a suit for partition and cancellation of sale deed in favour of brother.
