father had a brought a property for his first wifes daughter after first wife s expiry again had a 2nd marriage n has 2 other children as d first daughter s not willing to share it and also has made a will by fraud n has taken documents from father so we all are against it and now dad wants to sue her and wants to clim d complete property back wat can be done in tjis case
