respected sir, sir we are in lot of trouble for registring trade mark tm-24 certificate is needed in which the sign of retiring partners is needed. my taya in 1987 nd dadaji retired in 1996 from firm .our lawyer did false sign of my dadaji and taya to get tm 24 certificate in 2006. we were not knowing that. my taya started to use our trademark we stopped him but he didnt so we took the help of high court and got stay but now he has got that wrong certificate and has done fir against us we have taken anticipatry bail and on saturday we hav applied for interm bail.
