Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
What is the rights of married women on property(Aggriculture land) of her father in india? Is she can demand 50% of the property if she has one brother?

If it is ancestral she can demand equal share, and also if father dies intestate she can demand equal share; irrespective of the fact that she is married or not.
