Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

Rozer 17 year old son a millionaire and Aria his 19 year old girlfriend knew each other
for some years. Four months before his 18th birthday Rozer purchased an engagement
diamond solitaire ring for Aria on credit from Da Golda a leading jeweler in New Delhi,
and borrowed Rs90,000 from Everwilling Finance Company to buy presents for Aria.
During his 18th birthday celebration Rozer stood close to Aria and announced that he
would marry her and travel away to settle down in the UK.
Rozer did not respond to reminders from the jeweler and the finance company to pay
their money.
The jeweler filed a suit against Rozer to recover his money.
