Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

Sir/Madam, a piece of agricultural land was donated to a brahmin by my grand father and it was transferred to his name also before 25 years by now. He (the receipient) now sold the same piece of land to third party without our knowledge. Can it be challenged in a court of law for getting back on purchase from the recepient now since the date of donation, the land is under our possession till today and the donee is getting only one third of crop produce of the land from us every year.?

Seems your grandfather did not donate the land, but had donated only the produce of the land. One needs to see the gift deed, before commenting further. Your conduct suggests that only produce was gifted and not the land.
