How to protect biz broker's rights in making international trade/distribution ag

For a biz to conclude 3 parties are involved.

A)Is a Kuwaiti National and Kuwaiti laws are favourable to Kuwaitis. Biz done in Kuwait.

B)Is a foreign national (Indian), presently stationed in Kuwait and having a biz firm in India (BAI).

c) Is a Chinese company ad they want to do biz with Kuwait.

Through ''B'' (Indian's) effort, A & C can conclude a distribution Agreement. Prior to than, how can B protect his rights through NCND agreement. ''B'' does not want ''A'' to know that C is providing commission to ''B'' for their biz promotion.

Kindly advise us the legal clauses for such an agreement for proecting the right of biz consultant (Indian), which is in the form of NCND (Non-circumvention & Non-Disclosure Agreement).
